At Scherer Brothers Lumber Company, custom milling is an artistic profession dating back to our beginning in 1930. Today, custom milling has become a way for homeowners to add a personal touch to their home. It has become so important in fact, that we formed Millwork Solutions to support the growing custom milling market. We staffed Millwork Solutions with some of the most experienced and talented craftsmen in the area. With both historic and high-tech milling machinery, they are able to create a vast array of millwork products. Millwork Solutions capabilities range from the smallest and most detailed trim to 34-foot long decorative timbers which we can surface from rough to smooth. We can also create exposed interior and exterior beams, deck timbers, tongue and groove flooring, paneling, beaded ceiling, and custom railings. Millwork Solutions can re-saw stock boards to match your existing lap siding.
Millwork Solutions is a renovator's dream with the capacity to create any custom moulding from a simple drawing.
